Drake did an interview with Rolling Stones magazine before the superbowl and asked for them to use his picture on the cover. After Phillip Seymour Hoffman's death, TRS magazine contacted him and let him know they might not due that and go with a cover of Phillip.

I'd be more upset about the quote than the cover while important, the misquote makes me question Rolling Stone's integrity.
