He could get 24-28 mpg if he accepts assignment to the Toros. Otherwise, zero minutes outside of garbage time and very few minutes of those.

So kind of similar to what Baynes gets.

Way less than Baynes. Baynes has started 2 games and played rotation minutes in a handful of others. Daye only plays in the rotation in the event of multiple injuries or in the last couple of games of the season after the Spurs playoff position has been determined.

Unless there's another injury setback, he'll average two minutes in the regular season and be towel-waiver in the playoffs. With his length, I'd think he'd be a flashier towel-waiver than we have ever had.

This trade was all about doing Nando a solid and cutting him loose. I wouldn't be surprised if the Spurs drop Daye before the playoffs begin. As for average minutes? Less than 1.

Daye becomes a favorite of Pop and averages 12 minutes a game, 7/3...

But then who will we have for sole towel-waiving duties?

T Park, do you think Daye reminds you more of a taller, whiter Malik Rose or a taller, blacker Brent Barry???

Wrong again. Keep flailing with your emoticons like a 14 year old girl though. It's amusing.

Irrelevant trade today to get him, he won't do crap or get mins if he is not on the toros. I will just see this trade as a trade to get rid of one bum for another.
