SA is on Google's list of 8 potential new markets.

The TW stuff is good news in the meantime. It will be interesting to see how much bandwidth they can squeeze out of coax when they finally get rid of analog TV signals. As long as you have fairly up to date equipment, you should be able to get the new higher speeds with no problem.
