As of today we have a 18.4% Chance of landing a top 3 pick.... if shit continue on the downward projection we'll have a 38% percent chance of being in the top 3, and over 50% chance at getting a top 5 pick. Everyone bottom dweller is tanking to increase their chances...once we land our pick rumor is we'll target Kevin love in 2015 and Durant in 2016 when Kobe's deal runs out...Kobe will still likely be playing at a very productive level so resigning him with Love, Durant, and that top 3 pick will be crazy...and even more so if we're able to snag Rondo in the process...we're a blink away from title contending again and Kobe getting 6 :toast

His job should be to develop talent now, but he already fired most of the scouting department. So, whoever you draft, it won't matter. Without the proper coaching, he likely won't pan out anyway.
