My money is on Drummond. 20 years old and a walking double/double machine. He's gonna add some weight and just be violent in his prime. Any team that can pry this kid away Detroit after his rookie contract runs out...will have a franchise player for the next decade.

Drummond and Davis both look like they're going to be amazing. Drummond in particular seems like he's still only scratching the surface of his talent. I still think this guy is going to end up comparable to Webber or Divac as a passer.

I was just wondering because all 3 are playing right now and putting up huge numbers and you just know those 3 are the future of the NBA in the paint.

I don't think Cousins really belongs in that comparison with Drummond and Davis, since Cousins is in his 4th year already and has never made Sacramento into anything close to a playoff team.

Blake deserves a place in this discussion, too. He's been flat out balling this year. But to answer this thread:

1) Davis
2) Drummond
3) Cousins

I like Davis more because he's more mobile and has already shown the ability to hit jumpers and free throws consistently, which is something Drummond may struggle with his whole career.

I'm barely going with Davis ahead of Drummond and Blake 3rd. All three will be very good for a long time.

Cousins if he stops being a dumb shit and controls his emotions.

Davis: 32 points, 17 rebounds, and 6 blocks today

Tell me more about how Drummond and Cousins are better than him though :lol

I mean, Drummond had 18 and 22 today while Cousins had 28 and 20

thought yeah, i've been on the Davis bandwagon all year. scary two-way player, can be KG with more shotblocking

Drummond is the only player that has to share time with another good player in the paint in Monroe out of the 3. Cousins and Davis don't. Imagine Drummond's numbers if he was the only big guy in the paint for the Pistons.

Drummond is basically what DeAndre Jordan hoped to be

I mean...Davis and Cousins are great but Davis played with two teammates that are centers tonight that combined for 4 points and 4 rebounds. Cousins team mates in the paint were a little better. Drummond is the only one that has to share with a guy like Monroe and if he didn't...his numbers would be through the roof at the age of 20.

maybe that means opposing teams have to worry about smith and monroe giving Drummond easier opportunities, as opposed to teams that zero in on Davis and Cousins down low. the argument is a double edged sword

Naw...Drummond is Shaq part 2. Let me put it this way Davis is 220 pounds..Drummond is 280. Drummond is gonna be violent. Monroe isn't providing easy opportunities

Monroe scored 22 points today, Josh Smith scored 28. you dont think having 2 frontcourt threats opens things up for Drummond? please

You think if Monroe and Smith played on the Pelicans...Davis would have got 30+ and 15+?....please. They would take away numbers like they are from Drummond...not to hard to understand really.

i actually think Davis and Drummond would complement each other perfectly. Davis really wants to play the 4, where his agility and available to move around would be highlighted, rather than playing center where he has his feet tied to the paint because he's assigned to some big oaf standing under the rim.

Drummond still has a lot to learn in his defensive game imho. Unibrow will be the next best big man imho
