Penny is a good blazer fan, but since he doesn't post any more Tlong turns the blazers into the worst. He's so bad that I would call the blazers a great fanbase if it weren't for him.

The Laker fans here are no worse than the Spur fans, but the former is a minority so their flaws are inflated. Rocket fans are gone soon after their team falters, for the most part.

Could any other Forum lose it's founding "fathers" for such a spell & still flourish without the members they drew close? Ponder that query.

Fans of different teams are all the same. You have categories of fans that are different. Just like here, there are decent Lakers fans who talk ball, then there are those who want to dabble in trolling but still try to talk ball sometimes, and the opportunist fan who might not even be a fan of the team they represent, they just see an opportunity to talk from a higher ground, so to speak. Then you have the worst of the worst of all fan bases; those "just watched a game" types who get inspired with a basketball epiphany and have to find a forum to make it known.
I think a lot of us have gone through some of those phases, and some of us never left the gnsf stage. At least here we are allowed to call even our own fan base cocksuckers. Try that anywhere else.

The poll is about SpursTalk, not fans in general. Either way, Laker fans are the worst. Philly fans are generally terrible IRL and the new Sonic fans are terribad, they honestly think Durant gets fouled every play of every game. Awful. That place will be a ghost town when he fails to rang.

A missed long jumpshot is the worse miss in basketball. A missed hookshot from 3 feet isn't the same. Doesn't trigger a fast break like a missed jumper.

a guy shooting 35% from 3 point range is NOT considered efficient... but a guy shooting 50% from 2 is considered efficient. the TS% figures wouldn't reflect that. its flawed as fuck for the reasons midnight brought up
