Yeah Lin shot the stupid three. Harden left Allen wide open, Howard the only player near the ball and tapping it back to the refs, McHale staying small, etc., etc.
Lettin' Allen do ya like that.:lmao:lmao:lmao

Wade was atrocious in the playoffs last year, tbh:lol..Miami was -54 when Wade was on the floor in the Finals, tbh, historically bad numbers..
Duncan had less help, but outside of that 2003 Spurs team and Hakeem's 94 team, Lebron's 2013 Heat team was the worst supporting cast to win a title in the modern era, tbh..
Bullshit. No way I would take Mavs cast or Kobe's over Heatles. I dont care what the numbers say. Heat played the GOAT coach and GOAT PF so of course some numbers were off tak away Lebron's amazing Game 7 and his numbers arent GOAT caliber either.

By the way, to Clippers Nation. Just because your conscience is rotting for reasons unknown doesn't mean you have to take it out on the forums. So spend you time quoting Koolaid or Thread who basically are on your level in terms of rotting conscience. By the way. You can quote this if you want but just so all three of you know, you're on my ignore list. Now make a thread about me.
Not directed at them, but directed at everyone. You to have too much access to knowledge to be delusional. Question everything.
On the subject at hand. J.W.B played more than well and had to in order to win this game. The short roll isn't very successful if its easy to double. Harden was easy to double tonight and isn't very efficient at passing. At times, Harden was lazy. The Heat played hard early connecting on turnovers in transition. Isn't it ridiculous right now that the ESPN is actually replaying the possession where LeBron is holding Jeremy Lin in a clear moving screen and making it a highlight of the game? Cheating is a highlight now?

Not too sure yet about the Heat coming out of the East. The Pacers have been mediocre the past few months but are still a matchup nightmare while the Nets and Bulls have been playing well. Heat might also end up having to expend energy in the first round this year too.

Heat have Lebron, the best player on the court, as well as Wade; both of whom are top notch defenders. Chalmers can also defend much better than Parker this season.

There wasnt much top notch defense being played by either side just pressure scramble on defense on BOTH sides.

Like I said, Beverley is a nice energy player. But he should not be a starter, and it hurts the team in crunch time because he can't create, and he plays dumb. Rockets have no reliable PF, Jones and Motiejunas are both too inconsistent to compete for anything this year. Personnel wise, that's their biggest problem alongside no true wing scorer coming off the bench. Oh, and no reliable PG. A smart PG would be nice. I also think Jones isn't a PF, he is more of a SF. But he did play good today and should have been in the game late.
I don't really know what will Happen with the East right now. The Pacers are back on stride and the Nets are playing great basketball. The Nets and the Raptors for that matter are a wild card. If the Bulls become much more capable of scoring, they're dangerous. Thus far, Joakim Noah has improved on passing and how are his assists generated? The Heat are not alone anymore. Because they have been crowned (which is losing all relevancy), other teams are being overlooked.
The Spurs will be beat the hell up if the take the West this year. It will be a scrap fest to reach the finals. No doubt about that. In fact, any team that comes from the West will have scars on their chest.
Popovich's decision making is something I will never doubt. I believe that Popovich had a situation in the finals he had no choice but to deal with. That situation was...chance. I still trust pops decisions. The Spurs primary matchup issue right now..is young, pesky, tall, athletic teams. If there is a rematch, the Heat will be no issue. Thus the West being their biggest concern.

You're better than this. 1) Taking one game to make a point is probably foolish. 2) Taking one game that happens to be against the 2x defending champs on their court who really needed a win is even more foolish.
If you don't think the Rockets are capable of beating every team in the West I think you're crazy. Would they be the favorites in every series? No. But they are damn good and match up well with SA in particular. One loss against a Heat team focused on righting the ship, especially when they were in the game the entire time, is a little silly to me.

But, that's the rule. What they did was reckless. Personally? I don't give a fuck about how good the rockets do in the reg season. They could be the 1st seed but until they show some playoff success its not worth anything. You seem to be under the misconception that the rockets are being paraded around like the best team in the league and the thought of that, true or not, compels you to post the same stuff over and over.

1. It wasnt just one game, I have said it the whole year. Where have you been? Ask Djohn.
2. Also read what I wrote Harden is the truth Parsons is coming along nicely ... does that sound like one game analysis
?
3. Do I think they can beat plenty of the west? Sure. Do i think they can beat a healthy OKC/SAS/LAC? No. I fell pretty confident. I also think a healthy Memphis could beat them as well.
4. The top 3 West teams all have better coaching (even Scotty B which is sad).
5. Only team I see Rox "upsetting" out of the top 3 is Clips cuz their defense has been shaky too ...but their coaching is superior and talent is on par with a deeper bench.
We seem to disagree on who is "legit" every year. You make these arguments that a top 3 record in the West makes you a legit contender. I only See Miami, Spurs OKC as legit with Indy and CLips with a outside shot. NO one else is winning the LOB. Write it down I said it. bet your income tax refund, son ...

No one is arguing that HOU is some sort of favorite to win it all. What they are arguing is you essentially bashing Dwight because he left you standing with your pants down & essentially saying SA should not be scared of HOU. That by nature implies that SA would pretty badly beat HOU and seems to underrate them.
HOU is a damn good team who is fully capable of knocking anyone in the West out. Doesn't mean they will, but you are essentially acting like it would be some massive upset if they got to the WCF and it would not be.

From a Eastern Conference NBA scout:
"They're like that NCAA team, that seventh seed that can knock off a No. 1 seed but doesn't have enough juice to go all the way to the Final Four. The Rockets are going to be a pain in the ass for somebody in the playoffs and can definitely knock somebody out if the matchup is right. Especially if Dwight continues to bounce back; he's moving so much better than he was a year ago.
"The problem in the playoffs is that, eventually, execution matters. [The Rockets] play at one speed -- and they play great at that speed -- but at some point they're going to run into somebody who makes that a problem for them.
"The one team that nobody wants to mess with in the playoffs is Memphis. They're the one team that can make every series a street fight and really play a nasty, physical game. Who else in the West can really say that?
"But Memphis and Houston aren't all that different in this one sense: Can they run the table and go all the way? Like Houston, you have to say probably not.
All things I have said recently in fact I have posted the same the past two days. One that Memphis is not a easy out and that the Rox though dangerous cannot win it all.

Just because some EC scout said something its a fact?
Good points on Execution and Memphis , completely agree.
Again, I don't know what you're arguing about. The rockets probably can't beat those teams but its not that they don't have a chance in hell. Thats what you reserve for lower seed matchups vs higher seed matchups. You completely eliminating the possibility is what is stupid. The odds are that LAC/OKC/SA will beat the rockets, but if the rockets win I won't be surprised and think its some sort of miracle. You are being irrational, treating HOU like an 8th seed team especially since they have proved they can beat any team when clicking on all cylinders. Will that happen ? That is the question. Don't forget that you all your LA buddies thought that Hou would be the 6th seed, and they have floated around 3 for the most part this 2nd half of the season. It was the same attitude then too.
You reserve this type of stuff for the playoffs, you're being awfully cocky with your assumptions. Noticed how I haven't said anything? I'm going to wait and see, not roll the carpet out like you already have.

Call me Chuck. Im willing to say what I think If I am wrong you have the proof.
I asked DPG to bet me if he thinks I am wrong. I hate Dwight don't deny it ... but I am basing this on what I see. Dwight may play well in a series and you will still lose to those teams I mentioned. Dwight has been twice as good to me as last year ...even if teh numbers don't show that. And no the EC scount isnt gospel he just confirmed what I was thinking/saying ...I did not even bother posting it until DPG made it sound like I'm crazy or blinded by hate. I love Harden. Still dont think he is franchise but he is damn close and may yet prove me wrong. Great game vs. Heat
and I will back off on Indy I am not sold on them 100% either much like Houston. But willing to take a bet of SAS/OKC/MIA Healthy versus the ROx 3-0 record against SAS no worries for me ...

:lol What's there to bet? I didn't say HOU would be the favorites. You seem to act like it will be a sweep or that Rox can't beat SA. I think SA would beat them, but I would not at all be shocked if HOU knocked them off.

KillaKobe81, you're not exactly helping your case by ommitting the fact that this was the best team in the NBA playing on their home court. If by the standards you proposed and are criticizing the rockets for losing the game, how can you hold that double standard against them in the west.
I hope you're not a salty laker fan because you sound dumb as fuck right now. You're stating what most people already predict, we will probably be favored against the rockets, and I predict we will win but it could go either way since the Rockets match up well. The rockets are sloppy, I think they can clean that up, but they are one of the top 5-6 teams in the NBA.
Houston vs SA? SA in 7 is my prediction. Its still pretty bold considering that the last time we played them they didn't even have Harden and still beat us, and believe me Harden is a spur killer...

I'm still not clear as to how to bet on this either. Since Killa is SO confident about his scenario, the bet that makes sense is the team playing Houston (the ones he listed) winning in 5, maybe 6 games max. If it any series goes to a game 7, his point about there not being a chance in hell is blown out of the water.

Would you rather have that 5 on speculation, or, up 5 with the .28 seconds left, advantage=3-2 in a Finals?
I'd rather have my team competing, even when shit is hitting the fan and everything is going wrong, instead of a team that is spending the most money to be the biggest joke in the league. Of course it would make sense that Chickenshitters support Quitters.

Again this is not about one game said it all year.
I get that Spur fan is scared of the Rox, I am not.
Like I said I am willing to bet the Rox cannot beat the Spurs, OKC (healthy)Heat or Indy in a 7 game series. Im also willing to add the Clip show if you think Im not stepping out enough on a limb.
No, I am not saying 5 games or less.
But I am saying they cannot win because they are not the better team.
The In my opinion the better team wins a 7 game series 9 out of 10 times.
Do upsets happen? Sure. But to make the finals (and beat two of the top teams) I just don't see it because I dont think they can beat one.
Again Gummi clutch whomever you are, I have no issues with Rox and yes I dislike Dwight but what does that have to do with this? am I saying he wont grab 20 boards or average 20 points?
I am picking against the Rockets moreso because I think their coach is inept and tbh I hate him more than I cant stand Dwight.
