It's fucking ridiculous how the most disciplined team in the NBA could do that. Fuck, out of 30 teams the Spurs are the least likely to have lost the game in that situation.

Got to make yo damn free throws when it counts. Those misses can and will come back to bite you in the ass. My Mavs proved that in the 2006 Finals. The Kings proved that in game 7 of the 2002 WCF. I mean let's be honest, if Manu and/or Leonard had gone 2 for 2 on their trips to the line, the game is probably over and the Spurs are ringing championship number 5. The Spurs have no one to blame but themselves for 6. They should have tightened up the defense, handled the damn ball better, and made fucking free throws. If they hadn't done any of those things in that last minute, they would have been champions.

CN, i specifically said "in the last minute" of the game. Like i said, its ok to say yeah he got bailed. I'm a Duncan homer and got bailed out in game 5 of the 05 finals... missing free throws, costly turnovers, couldn't get anything going on offense, and big shot bob had to nail 5 threes just to win that game. but Duncan was still the best player in the league and won finals MVP... its ok to admit it dude :lol

get it off your chest, you'll feel a lot better

like i keep telling u, its ok. he was big throughout the 4th to get them in position anyway, and he was an animal all of game 7. your refusal to even concede that lebron got bailed out in the last minute of 6 only confirms that you are LeBron's jizz cup

It was before my time but the men in my family speak of those fights in reverence. There was a sentiment that Ali was flash and if you could corner him and actually get shots in he couldn't take them after he schooled Foreman. Smoking Joe beat his ass and Ali was reluctant to go down. Just tremendous constitution but the human body can only take so much regardless of will. I don't know if winning is worth that but to some it is everything.

Too bad boxing has gone to shit especially in the top weight class.

True enough, Ali was never the same after the fights with Frazier. Frazier's hate with Ali was personal after being called a 'Gorilla' and an 'Uncle Tom'. Frazier really showed his anger with every punch, while Ali, being the total showman and competitor, didn't back down. I get goosebumps everytime I watch a reply of their fights. Just incredible, tbh.

:lol You're the one deflecting by obsessing over the final minute while intentionally ignoring the facts that LeBron had led them back into the game without Wade and Miami proceeded to lose the lead after Wade checked in... on top of that, you only bring up the shots LeBron missed and a couple turnovers while deflecting whenever 20.1 is brought up....

i didn't deflect anything... i have already acknowledged on more than one occasion that lebron was a monster in the 4th to bring the game back. i'm not obsessing over the last minute, i brought it up, and all you've done is cover your ears and go "blablabla" about it, so i'm going to bring it to your attention until you swallow it.

can you stop deflecting and address the final 60 seconds of regulation of game 6? just say bron got bailed out and we can all move on. an "objective basketball fan" wouldn't need to deflect the same topic for 48 hours tbh

Translation: "shit, I've lost the argument, please just agree with me!"

Sorry, but there's no convincing me that Wade wasn't the one who got bailed out, tbh.... I actually remember pulling up the Heat boards at one point and their fans were losing their shit because Spo had just put Wade back in, even though the previous lineup was playing great and Wade was playing like crap and ruining the offense.... sure enough, the offense ground to a halt with Wade out there, Miami gave the lead away, and it took two clutch threes - one of them by LeBron - to make up for it.... how does that boil down to LeBron getting bailed out instead of Wade? If Miami lost that game, it clearly would have been Wade's fault....

How am I deflecting? I've made it clear that LeBron didn't get bailed out like you claim, and that instead, Wade did.... in fact, with 20.1, LeBron was one of the players doing the bailing out :lol

If LeBron actually was bailed out, I would have no problem admitting it - but I simply can't ignore that it was Wade checking into the game that put the Heat in the position to need those threes down the stretch....

you dont have 2 turnovers, go 1-3 from the field (with that one coming off an offensive rebound only possible because wade broke it up) and tell me lebron bailed anybody out in the final 60 seconds

its physically difficult to have 2 turnovers and 2 bricks in 40 seconds

you dont have 2 turnovers, go 1-3 from the field (with that one coming off an offensive rebound only possible because wade broke it up) and tell me lebron bailed anybody out in the final 60 seconds

its physically difficult to have 2 turnovers and 2 bricks in 40 seconds
now you see why I don't argue Fivehead with him. nigga either loves or hates a player, refuses to see any grey area. if he wiped that jizz off his eyes he would see things more clearly imo.

20.1 trumps it, that's it and that's all....

Tbh, I was proven right about Fivehead this year.... dude chokedPERIOD without a LeBron there to bail him out :lol

yep, Manning needed Grossman, Lebron needed Manu's record tying turnovers, Enrique's 6/23, Pop pulling Duncan................and the greatest 3 point shot in NBA history.

Don't forget the no-headband run, 20.1, and Game 7, all of which LeBron was directly responsible for - he couldn't just ride the newly-rejuvenated defense like your boy Fivehead did (while throwing only three touchdowns to seven interceptions) :downspin:

:lol still bringing up the mid 4th quarter run + game 7 when the discussion is about the last minute
:lol thinks one shot (coming off an offensive rebound of his miss) trumps 4 miscues
:lol seemingly ignoring that he had back to back turnovers in a 1 possession game in the final minute

Manning's stats were bad but only QB to face the top 3 defenses en route to a SB, so not sure anyone's stats will be good.

But props to Lebron and major props to Biogenesis, that was their swan song performance.:depressed

Still, like I said, Lebron needed Manu's record tying turnovers, Enrique's 6/23, Pop pulling Duncan................and the greatest 3 point shot in NBA history. We'll see how he does this year.
