In a way this loss may benefit the Heat. If they'd won they'd be obliged to try for the first seed in the East and extend a lot of energy doing so. Harden is a bad defender, he was atrocious the first couple of months and I don't know what you are talking about...I was criticizing the fuck out of him. During that period I learned a couple of things myself. Team defense stands out, and the Pacers excel greatly at that. Yes PG excels in that area, but with or without him the pacers would be a great defensive team, which is an important criteria for being championship material. (The defensive rating of every Pacer player is really damn high, look at Scola...who I had the luxury of watching for a good 4-5 yrs...his defensive rating sky rocketed after going to the pacers)

I will also give you this, George plays Harden really well (outside of last game). So if that is what he wants to put on his resume after playing like shit against 90% of the league while Harden plays well against 90% of the league, then more power to him and you.
