"Ghosts are scared of me, like everybody else" is a classic Pop line.

I'm tired of seeing articles on Patty about his weight loss but no one talking about the trainer that helped him. His trainer, Jason Sumerlin, who also happens to be a friend deserves some recognition. Please give him a shout out and give credit where credit is due. https://twitter.com/Jasonsumerlin.

Except for Bonner, who performs jedi mind tricks on Pop whenever he feels like.

for 7% body fat, I'd expect Patty to be more ripped.

Props to Mills for making the transformation. There are a lot of players in the league that could go to the next level if they put in that kind of summer work, but it seems to be the exception more than the rule.

Imagine if Diaw came back next season with 7% body fat? Diaw 3.0 :wow

Lol

If I were you Pop, I'd never let that phrase come out of my mouth.

Lose some weight Pop.

You are supposed to be an ex military brat.

Act like it.

Push back from the table, eat less, workout.

Cut back on the wine.

All those riches in your bank account, all those state of the art resources at your disposal: but you won't use them.

Well, Pops does have a way of saying demeaning things to/about his players.. And yet, it's always out of affection. And the best thing about him as a boss is that he never holds a grudge nor does he take personally what former players may have said against him. And of course, he wants to put one in a position to succeed, given that individual is willing to put in the time and effort. Makes me want to play for the him and the spurs....... If I were a professional ballr. :downspin::toast

Dudes getting millions, not to go to the gym between their work hours, but to be professional gym rats... and they still cannot do it. I can see being a ball player and being fat, but I cannot see being a good one and being lazy. Some guys use that weight, but a PG needs to be in shape.
