It has loss written all over it anyway, at least now the Spurs are likely to commit fewer turnovers against the Fast Break Gods.

Diaw logged 33 minutes last night. You'd think he'd be the only one sitting out.

Pop knows what he is doing. If he were trying to win he would play Manu and sit Duncan and Parker Instead he sat Manu. You guys watch the cross match pick and rolls. Duncan will be abused.

We still probably would've lost with him playing but maybe not as bad. He did seem like he was angry sitting there on the bench.

We need Manu more than some people care to think.

Why one of the two most babied (along with Splitter) of the big three needed to be sat, while the other two were run into the ground while it was still competitive, is beyond me. What are they saving him for anyway? Not until the Conference Finals will they need him for 30 mpg and even then, he'll barely eclipse that at best.
Either all of them should have sat or none. I'd have went with none, but one or two was the worst possible option, so of course that's the way they go.

Pop put himself in a lose-lose situation with this decision. Even if we had won, we did it by taxing our best players. But now that we lost, people will conveniently forget that Manu didn't play, not to mention, give OKC confidence against us.
He should've played all 3 or played none at all. In hindsight, judging by the way this game went, the latter would've been the best course of action.
