Every single team in the Western Conference Playoffs will have a winning record on the road for the NBA regular season. This thing will be wide open.

Guests will get swept. All the other matchups are interesting though.

If they'll keep their noses out of Pop's asshole long enough to put forth the effort they have in the first 82, fine. Otherwise, they're squattin' on the plain.

& you know what? They're squattin' on the plain.

You keep talking like this and you're going to doom Aldridge to a fate worse than Oden or Roy.

If by wide open you mean only one of the Spurs, Clippers, or Meth have a shot at winning it, then yes.

Guest teams just did the league a big favor dropping down the line so top-seeded teams wouldn't tank to take them for the first round. I can imagine that even if the Guests remained top 3 near the end of regular season teams would still rather take them instead of Monkeyball or Lockets, or whoever finishes #4 imho

Blazers are such trash. I honestly think any team below them except Dallas will do better. Warriors, Suns, Memphis. All better than Portland.

Blazers are fodder playoff team w/c got a lucky and hot start. Clippers or Rox will fold them up in 4-5 in the first round. Ceteris paribus, San Antonio will easily reach the WCF. Their luck will depend then on who they play against. They better pray though that OKC doesn't reach there easily.

I can see a game or two of fluky shooting from Portland. Not sure it's gonna amount to much. Hopefully Mo Williams keeps on being a playoff choker, tbh...

TlongII is delusional, the Blazets exhausted their flukey 3pt shooting the first 40 or so games.

No it will not. Spurs OKC and LAC only teams with a finals shot.
Could Houston upset one of them? Sure. But reality says they wont beat two of them.

Is that what you tell yourself every year since 1978?

Which Blazer will get injured before / during this year's playoffs? Are we taking bets on whether it'll be an ACL, MCL, Achilles, etc.?

Seems like destiny says it's Aldridge but I hope not. I like his game.

Anyone who thinks any team aside from SA/OKC/LAC is coming out of the West is a tard. Only fans of guest teams would think this

Clippers got it this year. If Miami falters in the EC, then we're takin the crown. Indiana can't contain us.

Spurs and Methlahoma City are a notch above the rest...followed by the Clips and Rockets...In all reality, it's going to come down to whether San Antonio can overcome the meth-fueled athleticism of Durant and Hipsterbrook.

The only team that can't win is Golden State and that's because of injuries. You fools are in for a surprise.

Without looking, I assume they're the 5th or 6th seed either facing one of LAC/OKC/HOU in the first round, with only maybe Houston being tested by them. They won't win a series though imo I'd be surprised if they won 3 games

The only thing Portland has going for it is a suffocating home court advantage due to its rabid inbred fan base. They win 1-2 games in their arena every playoffs just due to noise and emotion. But their team on the court is straight up trash, just like it is every year. They actually depend on Robin Lopez...! :lol

I think Dallas proved they can't win in San Antonio, lost last 10 games to Spurs. probably 6 of them were in San Antonio. The only way they will win is if they get hot in Dallas one game.
