Alrighty ladies and gentleman I just got finished speaking to the higher powers who are responsible for this website's existence, and it is with a very heavy heart that I announce that at the conclusion of the NBA Playoffs, this website will be permanently shut down. It has been a great run; over a decade now I believe. I begged and pleaded with the administration to reconsider, but they have decided that it is time to move on from Spurstalk.

Per the administration: "It is the end of a great era. Spurstalk, after a decade-plus run as one of the most popular sports forums on the internet, will be permanently shut down at the conclusion of this year's NBA Playoffs. We apologize to our many users for any inconvenience, and thank them for their contributions to making this website what it is today."
