Anybody have any strong investments/investment ideas at the moment?..any online business ideas, as well?..

Any side hustles that are generating well, tbh?..

For a reason I won't disclose, I was given $31 000 a few weeks ago, and I've been trying to find a good way to use it, rather than blowing it, tbh..I don't have any substantial debt, my savings/long term investment accounts are where I want them to be, I'm content with my car, I already put a lot of side money into gambling:lol and I don't really have any dream purchases at the moment, so the money would just sit in my account, otherwise..

Let citigroup anounce its earnings & let the stock go down another dollar or two since they will miss their mark. Then put ur money in it. This is long term 2-5 years. When the fed allows them to increase thier dividend next year & allows them to buy back stock their stock price is going to go through the roof. They are already tradinging u der thier book value big time. I see their stock price being between 60-65 a share by the end on 2015. I had a good business idea called "Short Changed" (it's funny because not only am I short, but it plays into the theme of the business!):

So anyone (probably mostly males, but could be anyone) that brings a case to you where they had a judgement against them (think alimony) where it was pretty much crap and they were "short changed" you offer to not only deliver their payment (monthly, lump sum, whatever...) all in change, but film it for them. You deliver this money where they ask, but you film the entire thing and they get the video of the reaction when you dump the bags of change on the doorstep while saying "now you know what it's like to be short changed".

Create t-shirts, post the vids on the website, start a blog with "short change meltdown of the week"...all kinds of great ideas. For an added bonus, you can buy a few of those coin star machines as well. Not only are you making money off the exchange of coins for cash, but that machine is giving you the coins you need for Short Changed.

I'd buy that for a dollar..

Your idea is good imo but I just have my doubts with C. They were one of the hardest hit when the financial crisis came while JPM and WFC survived. WFC has repaid their debts to the government, and JPM... well... they were the only bank to post a profit during the 2008 Financial crisis, and still remains very profitable despite paying several penalties for the London Whale and the financial crisis.

I wouldn't sell it, wait till the market is better. Renting it out can be a pain in the ass. Overall, I'd just hold on to the $31 k, that's the best thing to do for now. Let a business idea strike you and then spend the money.

Renting > selling. If your property is in a prime spot (eg. near commercial spots) then it makes more sense to rent out your place since there will always be takers

I actually bought a condo a 2 years ago, my parents have been living in it(had to move them out of the ghetto) but they'll be moving overseas this September..I obviously haven't made any money from it, so far, but the increase in value has been as well as expected, and I'll have to decide whether I should just sell it or rent it out..I've heard mixed reviews about renting out, tbh..

Real estate values are always about location. If the condo is in a good location where you think it will continue to increase in value and you are handy with tools and can do minor home repairs, plumbing, painting, etc. renting is probably the way to go IMHO.

That's what I plan to do with my daughters house that I bought when she decides to move up to a bigger house. Houses in her neighborhood are going up 5%+ a year.

You just have to qualify your renters. Do a complete background check, credit check, etc. Solid people rarely do a 180 in their lives and trash a rent house and ruin their credit.

GOD DAMN IT. JPM missed their estimates and the stock is down by 3% :cry :cry

At least Wells Fargo gave me something to cheer for. Thinking of dumping JPM for WFC...

Maybe even offer a slightly below market rate so you got lots of applicants - and you can choose the best one who will be grateful for getting a deal.

Jews will always steal your money away at the end of day no matter what you invest in. To me, every penny spent on education is a wise investment because money comes and goes, but knowledge/intelligence never escapes you.

Buy a 3x reverse dow etf.

Then if you don't get out in time before you get monkey-hammered by the fed in a week sell it and buy a 3x long etf.

diversification is for pussies.
