I live not that far from Berlin, but pre-season is so stupid, that I`d rather triple my expenses and go see regular season game in March 2015

I know it is just a pre season game .. however .. back in my hometown ... I have a super small chance of seeing anyone on my favorite team. This game in Turkey ... No matter how worthless it is.. gives me the biggest chance of seeing anyone from the spurs for the very first time! And I am really excited for that! Considering Istanbul wasn't there until Atatürk in the 1920s and most of the US has been around a lot longer than that I would not agree with Istanbul being greater or more historical than anywhere in the US. Now alot of important things happened around the golden horn on the site that would become Istanbul, in fact there was a great city there under the Roman and ottoman empires called Constantinople. The modern Turks don't really seem to fit that mold though.
