Grew up in NYC in the 90s and early 2000s, those 2 vids you posted was a daily thing in my nieghborhood tbh (it's since calm down now). If you wanna see a war zone in America today drive in any hood in Baltimore or Newwark on a friday night. Shit hasn't changed much in those cities for some reason.
