OK: VOICE OF REASON ALERT: anytime someone creates a NEW profile in Monster it automatically gets sent out across the network due to the protocol written in the system which wants newer people to be promoted quickly. Same Concept at a party; new girl walks in,EVERY guy falls over himself to get to know her. If this were legitimate and a tripple-blinded study, the chick would made a 3rd BRAND NEW profile, stating her race is black and that her name is Mary Smalls. Then she can see if she doesn't at least get a flurry of activity on her as a new candidate in her field. If it didn't happen, then the only conclusion would be this is all about race, and nothing about time in the system. But that didn't happen.
