With fried beans, fried eggs, and a melted cheese.. And to top it all off a home made salsa

life is good.

They have one at this joint by mi casa and you can order it with bacon, sausage, and chorizo!!! It is definitely not the healthiest option, but it sure does make for one amazing breakfast burrito.

That seems like a waste of money tbh, as chorizo overpowers every other flavor.

My favorite burrito is still refried beans, machaca, guacamole, rice, and lots of ranchero salsa for some heat.

I get light chorizo...not too much on that because it is overpowering...it is something I've only gotten twice. I usually get bacon...can't go wrong with bacon.

RT though, get a Hollenbeck de Machaca from El Tepeyac Cafe in East LA (I heard the other isn't as good) if you haven't tried it. Shit is incredible.

I have heard that before--I had a burrito from there but I don't thing it was the Hollenbeck...love mechaca though--underrated as a filling tbh.

The regular Hollenbeck is pork, It's a really good burrito too, but not on par with the machaca version. Their ranchero salsa really makes it.

Speaking of burritos, am I the only one who thinks Chipotle completely sucks ass? When I lived in LA all the honkeys there loved that flavorless crap; like they're the Tito's Tacos of burritos.

The only time I eat at Chipotle, is because my co-worker offers to buy me lunch. She likes the place because she can have the chipotle bowl and not feel bad about it. Not that she has to worry weighing around 110 lbs...but you know how women are. The food is unremarkable and I only go for it because its so close to my workplace and I don't have time to waste. Otherwise, I'd stay away from it.

LOL, I had a roommate from Berlin who just got into the US, and saw how long the lines were there and how no one ever went to the Mrs Fields cookie shop. So he said he went in and bought some from poor old Mrs Fields because he felt bad for her that her shop was doing so little business, even though her cookies sucked. Should have seen the look on his face when I told him Mrs Fields was a national chain worth millions. :lol

Yeah, mayne, that's partly why she stopped fuckin' with me because I'd forget important dates and hooking up with her friend was probably not a great idea...now that I look back at it. Meh. College is meant to be enjoyed on every level...henceforth why it is imperative that if you're with a girl you don't plan on marrying, get single quick. Nawimean?

There has been no improvement on public transportation for WLA, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica etc…Even a simple plan to run a train down the middle of the 405 was shot down…IMO this has hurt other fine establishments… Juniors Deli Westwood/WLA has closed and Jerry’s Deli on Beverly has closed…Cantors is an awesome Deli but if I have to drive & deal with Saturday traffic I am hitting The Grove/Farmers market….

Langers has probably been saved by the Subway system…Old places like Philippe’s, Langers, Olvera Street are being rediscovered thanks to an awesome Subway system…
