Why?..

Memphis is the most overrated team in the playoffs, tbh..

So you're saying Durant is gonna pull a 06-07 Dirk?

I like the matchup, tbh... but I still don't think dem bears have enough firepower.

Disagree, imo that's Indiana and Houston. Memphis had injuries and a new coach at the beginning of the season and they have really ramped their shit up since Gasol came back. They bullied the Thunder last season and while it was without Westbrick, I still think they can take the Thunder in 7 games. Not saying they will, they have like a 20% chance of victory but Memphis is tough matchup for OKC imo

I agree with you, OKC in 6. Clippers have a better shot IMO at outing the Thunder and I even doubt that happens.

At least Spurfan knows, assuming Spurs make it to the WCF, that the Thunder if they make it there as well will definitely be tested by Memphis/Clippers

This will be my last post about him for a while. I know he's going to come here and say, "Wow! You're talking about me with an alt! I must me doing something right! Ha ha, you care about me!" --- all after posting about us in literally every thread the NBA forum has to offer.

Peace, my niggas.

Indiana is getting killed by all fans and media, so not sure how they can be overrated, tbh:lol..

Memphis reminds me of the early 2000s Spurs..they're a dominant regular season team and the fact that they play great defense gives the illusion that they should be great in the playoffs, but they simply lack the perimeter talent to compete against top teams, just like those Spurs(they got murdered by the Lakers, obviously) IMO..

I love Mike Conley's game, but he's a PG, the easiest position to shut down in the playoffs..they don't have any decent wing players to put pressure on the opposing defense, and their only shooter is a fragile Mike Miller..

I still think OKC wins this, NBA been hooking them up so long. But Memphis could pull it off after tonight's game.

Griz in six.

Grizzlies have the tools to beat the Thunder. It's a toss up for me but should be an interesting series

Grizzlies present some difficulties for the Thunder, but I still think the Thunder pull this one out in 6.

Not that I wouldn't be thrilled with long, drawn out, bloody series. Or, dare I suggest, a grizzlies win. Just think KD is too unstoppable (both skilled and protected to an insane extent).

They avoided that tonight! I was thinking 5 for OKC but honestly now I believe it will be game 6 when OKC wins this series.

thinking that earlier. if Grizz lose the next one, I'll stand by my earlier prediction of Thunder in 6. If Grizz win the next one, shit will get very interesting.

Sidedoor sweep by OKC. Chewbaka goes for 40 at the Grindhouse

my gut says they split in memphis, OKC wins game 5 at home, closes them out in 6

Calispursfan11
04-22-2014, 10:35 PM
Memphis can win if Conley keeps this up, if Westbrick chucks them out of a game or two and if Allen continues to do work on KD. Grizz have about a 40% chance in my estimation.

it took a suspension and Mike Conley injury for OKC to win..I don't feel too bad. I made up for it with my Wizards vs. Bulls bet..
