Gotta be for Pop. Manu had a great year, but other players (namely Crawford) deserve 6MoY, and Manu had to lose some votes in the shuffle of Diaw/Mills/Belinelli all having breakout years.

What other coach would lead this team to 62 wins and year after year without a standout superstar (Since Tim began to get older)? Pop manages minutes like no other coach and honestly he is the only coach for this team! What he has done has been amazing.

Edit*: Pop will be the only the third coach in NBA history to ever win 3 NBA COTY Awards. Not that he cares, but still cool.

Hopefully it's a press conference to announce the after-party for when Boylen and Ayres leave, tbh.

Don Nelson and Pat Riley

You're right, I stand corrected. The tweet I read was incorrect. Nobody will have more than him though which is still pretty cool.

Despite pops blunders he is worlds better than most coaches in this league and would own the league if given the talent some other lesser coaches are given. Hope he wins COTY
