If the Spurs are ousted out of the first round by the Mavericks, and this is a BIG if, how much would it still hurt?

not as bad as 6, though it would basically stamp the end of the duncan contender era

I wouldn't mind at all, as long as Duncan doesn't ring.

:lol Upstairs GNSF will still call Enrique "the best point guard in the league" and whine about how he's "underrated by the media" next year even if he chokes this series away, tbh....

Chemistry is serious business, you wouldn't crack wise on okc for instance, and not at some point refer to a nitrogen based explosive?

he was the best pg in the league last year, and arguably the year before as well. certainly not this year tbh

If Manu received a $14m extension after last year, Tony is probably looking at a $30m-$35m payday, tbh... :downspin:

Enrique's merely a heroball chucker version of Choke Paul with a few role-player rings that prime Duncan won for him, tbh.... he chokes more often than not as the alpha.... the only difference is that Enrique has games where he overdribbles, chucks and ignores teammates while Choke Paul has games where he overdribbles but is petrified of shooting :lol

HTF can u call urself best pg in the league or top5 pg if u continue to be expose by the same tactics used against you,

let alone getting shit on by some scrub not only h2h games but in a 7 games series?

no amount of excuses or winning can cover that shit up,

looks like another playoff run going to end by the same tactic to me....

explain during lakers 3peat years down to phills last coaching tenure

then explain what happen during nashs b2b mvp reigns, why was enrique exposed every h2h match and playoffs against nash a guy who played no defense could get his anytime he wanted, enrique didnt do shit to him who was bailed out by beno

explain 11,12,13 playoffs...gettin shit on by conley out of the first round, gettin shit on by westbrick and thabo in the wcf, then gettin shit on by chalmers

dont get me started with the rounds where we advance during those years, his fans make it look like he deserved all t he credit for those wins when in fact those pgs either went off on him or being gaurded by bowen or some defensive specialist on the spurs, u hardly see enrique defending the other teams best pg and limiting their contribution, dude is always hiding behind the teams defense or still back in the other half court still on his ass complaining about a call....

giving examples of parker getting exploited isn't making a new point. i said every PG gets exposed, and parker is no exception. and parker would score a ton against those suns, he was nash's nemesis

It wouldn't really hurt, honestly. If we lose to this team, that means that we're still playing like shit — which means we aren't worthy of competing for the title. Losses only hurt when it feels like we deserve what is being taken away, and if you lose in the first round, as the Spurs, you don't deserve a ring.

I still believe we'll pull it together, we've dealt with a shitload of diversity this last year and they'll come out and play the ball we play best. We're better on the road, anyway.
