I hope that he FO takes a hard look at the team and see's that changes need to be made. No more carrying dead weight. time for bonner to go. if baynes isn't trusted in the playoffs to help then let him go too. let ayres go. let CoJo go.

Stop bringing in just PG's and SG's. Find some length that can play. see if bertans is an option. see jean charles is an option. see if hanga is an option. quit drafting for euro stashes only and find talent you can develop right away. don't stash a euro just to bring in ayres. draft a patrick young and develop him as a big nasty type post player.

I'm not as big a fan of green as most here. He is an extremely limited player. can't dribble. very overrated defender. can't finish in the paint. can get hot but can also get ice cold.

Tbh all we really need is an athletic, reliable shooter that can play a little rough defense and the SG/SF position until Duncan calls it quits.

Stephenson could really be in the discussion.

There are two ways that could turn out, if we lose:

1) We are doing some minor tweeks and are basically trotting out the same team one more year.

2) uhm...just deleted the crap I wrote about blowing it up...it's the Spurs...the team I love!

For now, I just want to see the Spurs win Game 4. Simply mentioning a first round exit is already upsetting enough...

This would be almost just like the 2007 mavericks

For some reason I thought you were going to say, "If we lose in round 1, I'll eat the BLAZIN' WINGS"

The FO has been too conservative since '07 with the exception of the RJ trade. And even that was conservative considering we only traded expiring contracts. You've got to swing for the fences otherwise you'll get the results we've been getting.

If we're ousted in the first round after last season and our NBA-leading record I guarantee we'll be making some trades.

If we lose,,,you trade our only decent valuable piece that can net us a top 3 pick in this year's draft and that is Parker. You draft Wiggins, Jabari, or Embiid and start the build.

No The Spurs are going to run the same team out next year with only a minor change or two. They will justify it by the regular season best record.
