We've actually had those at the college level. The SWAC/MEAC had nothing but black players for years, now a few whites are sprinkled in, mostly kickers/QB's.
The list of great NFLers from those schools is a mile long. Just a few...

Bob Hayes FAMU
Buck Buchanon, Willie Davis, Willie Brown, Charlie Joiner Grambling
Jerry Rice Mississippi Valley State
John Stallworth Alabama State
Leroy Kelly Morgan State
...all in the Hall of Fame
Clem Daneils Prairie View first 1000 yard rusher for the Raiders
JD Smith NCA&T first HBCU back to have a 1000 yard season, a Niner
Otis Taylor Prairie View the first big, powerful, fast receiver, a Chief
Willie Galimore FAMU, one of the first of the great speed backs, a Bear.
And it goes on and on and on.......Steve McNair, Doug Williams, Harold Jackson etc etc etc....
What if we had an All Black pro league? Not unlike the Harlem Globetrotters, where nobody is all wrapped up in...PC.
All that speed, all those quicks. Would the public go for this?
