He's been this good since about 2009. In 09-10, he averaged 25.5 points, 5.3 assists, 4 rebounds, and 2.2 steals per game for the Warriors. He was the best player on that team. When we drew the Mavs for round 1, he was my biggest concern. When the Mavs initially signed him, I thought they were a piece (defensive center) away from being legit contenders. So no I'm not surprised, and I guess you just failed to notice him before.

I don't think he should be trying to help so much against Carter's rim attempts IMO..Vince can still shoot, but he's not great at finishing at the rim anymore, especially against Leonard's wingspan..
