I believe the basket would count but lead to technical fouls for Dallas. Not sure though.

so is this cia pop? down 2pts 111-113, you intentionally run 6 players out and the refs call it one tech FT is assessed, now youre down 3 and you can hit a 3 to tie? or do they get the ball after the tech FT? the rulebook says they get a non unsportsmanlike conduct technical, but it doesn't say if the ball turns over to the other team or not.

My understanding is that if Too Many Men is called, then the non-offending team gets to decide whether or not to accept the play or "do-over" and put the time back on the clock -- that is, after the technical free throw. So if the Spurs scored with 6 men on the court and the refs called it, then the Mavs could have said do it over and the basket does not count.
