How clutch can Lillard be? Its unreal. With these playoffs, he's playing like the best pg in the league.
Then you have a supporting cast like that with arguably the best pf in the league.
They might be one year away from being a serious contender imo. Lack of experience and possibly an upgrade at c. Not sure if Robin Lopez is the guy but overall he's been solid. Also could be deeper on thee bench maybe 1 or 2 pieces.
but these guys got a shot I think. I want to see L A hit those jumpers on a bigger stage though.

Lillard saved them. They were choking hard.

They don't play defense and they live and die by the jump-shot..no chance, tbh..
don't see how they'd beat SA (if they get there) or OKC...hell they'd probably struggle against memphis. that would be one ugly ass series.

They have a shot if they run into the right teams in the playoffs, but I think they'd lose to the Heat.

Their ceiling is the WCF. OKC/GS/LAC are terrible matchups for them, though their horrible coaches could actually fuck it up I guess...

Either the Mavs or Spurs will beat the Guests in no more than 6 games I think. Congrats to the Blazers on making the 2nd round for the first time in what seems like 20yrs something though.

Your Mavs would be an interesting series. Almost the exact same teams, but it'd be experience vs youth/athleticism. RC would shit all over Stotts too.

nah, league is pushing hard for OKC. can't wait for the Magic/Bird remake tbh.

well we did beat them 3-0 in the regular season, not that it means too much. they have no one who can guard dirk outside of aldridge (who they can't afford to have guarding dirk). i'd assume we'd follow the same strategy and just let lillard/aldridge get theirs and shut down all the shooters and role players.
what i wish they'd do against parker is just go under on that pick and roll and live with the jump shot...not sure that we could get away with that against lillard though. would be an interesting series.

If the Mavs drew Lockets in the first round and Spurs the Guests, neither series would've gone more than 6 games tbh.
