Actually Blair beat the shit out of the Spurs this series. He's easily proved himself. . .let's not pretend an 8th seed losing a series somehow negates the massive 28 PER Blair had against us all series 'til game 7.

Blair's gonna get more play time and get paid over his performance. If not for that shit it prolly would've been a 5 game series.

As for playblair being an idiot though, I don't know much about his activities to comment.

Really glad Blair and the spurs hugged it out after the game. Say what u want but Blair had a big impact this series and helped them win a couple of those games. He's just a young dude trying to prove himself and stay in the league.

He played with a lot of fire against his former team, but when it came down to it, he laid an egg.

Blair's offense has never been a concern, tbh:lol..

He is one of the worst defensive players in NBA history, the Spurs attacked him at will today..there's a reason Carlisle didn't trust him until game 4..

Blair's defense wasn't a problem when Parker has no burst and Duncan has no energy, but in games like today, where Tim is moving well and Parker is driving at will, Blair's horrendous instincts are exposed..

He has quick hands to strip the ball, but his rotations are awful, he's short and he doesn't have shot-blocking instincts..

I'd still take him as a 4th big, to be fair, he's superior to many 4th bigs in the league and >>>>> Ayres, obviously..

Blair's hussle and improved scoring in the paint was overshadowed by his need to kick Splitters head or flagrantly foul Manu in key parts of the game. If he played with some composure, Mavs could've won. But he showed immaturity in this series.

At least the Mavs gave him what the Spurs couldn't, minutes. Ayres on the otherhand, useless.

Damn you guys can be harsh. Blair was much more a factor then I expected he would be. Props to him for bringing it in the series.

Blair was Blair.

He did enough on offense and on the boards to justify being out there. He was also a huge defensive black hole that we exploited throughout the series, pressed too hard in Game 6 after the suspension (as expected), and he made a mental mistake (kicking Splitter in what, imo, was just him whining about a foul call) that very well may have changed the complexion of the series.

Then again, the fact that Blair put himself in a position to do that, quite honestly, deserves some respect. He had a good series...for Blair standards.

Lol, lost respect tbh. He's borderline dirty now, and that's against his own friends. He decided to act on his impulse when his team needed him most..he's a dip shit. He will think about the "what if I didn't kick him in the head" scenario for years IMO.

It's a 5 game series if not for Carters shot that sunk in reality, but honestly he did kick our butts in games 4 and 6, he before getting booted in game 4 was all over the boards and helped lead that big comeback that nearly got them the game (Then costed them the game with that crap he did). He did well.
The Mavs win this series without that kick tbh..

They very well could have won that game, that kick got the Spurs the lead again for good. They were on their way to fully blowing the lead they had in the game and he was a big part of the comeback. That kick changed the game.

Man, people gotta stop glorifying this scrub. He played well in two games out of seven (scoring/rebounding) and played shit defense all series long. He's still as dumb as he's always been too.

BTW this is what Blair said after the series was over: 'Spurs got lucky by winning the series.'

How big of an imbecile do you have to be to say that after getting beat down the way they did in Game 7 ?
