he also did get derailed by injuries and donuts. he was never as good defensively as Paul, but he was a much more dynamic offensive player. probably was teh strongest pg in the lead and also had the filthiest crossover at the time.

Williams, who signed a five-year, $98 million extension in 2012, was playing well upon returning from an ankle injury, and the Nets were looking better.
