It's 2-0, we won big both games, why the F are people whining about stupid crap? I just got home from a bar in Eugene where I got cussed out like crazy, I don't see any reason to complain, the Portland fans are bitter for a reason.

I missed the second half, went out exercising, so everything seems fine to me :lol

sounds like Manu tried to blow everything a la 6. It happens with him. as for whining, ST is known for negativity imo.

There is nothing to celebrate tbh...

We need 10 more wins for that.

Spurs fans are not only spoiled, but have been through so many heartbreakers they are naturally pessimists. Last year was brutal.

I'll watch the second half on LP in a bit. sounds like Manu both screwed up but had some huge plays, least it wasn't 6 style shit. I think Manu is trying his best to not choke like 6 again. He looked better in the first half though than game 1.

Manu wasn't near as bad as game 6 last year, he hit some shots including a big three. But I understand no celebrating until you win 16 games in the playofffs, but come on, no reason to whine after three great performances.

Meh, Manu's stat line is almost identical to Tony's, but with 10 minutes less playing time. But, Tony's our French hero.

lol Wut? TP had 10 assists to 1 TO where Manu had 4 assists to 4 TO's. That's not at all identical.

Don't get the bitching, especially about Manu. Totally understand not celebrating. It feels good to see the Spurs play well for only the third time these playoffs, but it's hard to look at a 2-0 lead in the semifinals as a reason to party when the previous two seasons have been nothing but heartbreak.

The Spurs have played extremely well, though, and that's a promising sign going forward.

pretty much. it's like cockroaches in an old apartment. you know it's bad when I read someone's post and my first thought is always "whose troll is this?"

There is an ignore function, I use it all the time. But yeah, some people with little lives and lots of hate (and time).

oh and for OP we are just talking about one poster apalisoc_9 (http://www.spurstalk.com/forums/member.php?u=11260) overusing his shtick... he is not gonna slow down now that ST emperor Harlem gave him props. He is seeing the possibiliy to enter in Harlem's favorites which would be a consecration for him tbh

You can expect more of that in the next coming days

It is not enough for the Spurs to win or even win big. Twice.

Spurs must win in a way that conforms to spurfan's agenda or it's a loss.

For me, I wasn't bitching. Manu was good overall outside of the third quarter where he was keeping blazers in the game by himself. He made up for it with timely threes in the fourth. Just Manu being Manu.
