From the mid 1990s to now, it seems like they when they get eliminated, they get swept.

From the 1990s to now, they probably do. Overall history, probably not. I just remember after they choked in game 7 of the 2000 WCF, the Lakers would always sweep them in the first round.

I think the Gasol-led Grizzlies beat any team to this tbh, dude had literally won no playoff game at all in Memphis. Blazers have their own share of glory nonetheless, when they won a playoff series (which has happened only once since the Bush administration) their opponents had to be the Lockets, and vice versa.
