Obviously Spurs have about as much chance of winning as Lakers do this year. Who will do them in?

OKC?

Heat?

Enrique?

Good luck next week in the lottery, tbh...

Most likely against the Heat but I wouldn't be surprised if they lose against OKC.

The offensive system they run doesn't work well against Heat and OKC..In the finals last year the spurs needed Kawhi to avearge 16 and Danny green to have a historical series to even have a chance. IMO, the spurs are too system dependent..Great defensive teams like OKC and Heat the can recover against shooters will exploit the system..

They have a chance against both teams, but they might have to run unconventional plays..

I actually have a funny feeling Lakers are going to get a low pick and this forum will erupt in laughter.

Lakers might get a shitty pick but they'll wrangle some underhanded trade and land Bosh and Carmelo, and pay the luxury taxes.

You think Carmelo will head there? He's already in a larger market and a loser team that can pay him more, IIRC...

Yeah but if you stick around a team that's losing you appear to be the reason. He could go to LA and still retain a portion of his NY "player" fans, play along side Kobe and maybe have Bosh as a big. It's not going to get them anywhere, but I can see it happening.

I know what you're saying, but here in NY they don't really blame him much at all... I would say he's actually severely overrated... I think it would be a big blow to the fans here to lose him...

Dwight is the most sensitive player in the NBA, if he had thicker skin he would be a much better player

Dwight responded to the guy for trolling him. He also had the same reaction recently during the playoffs when he thought a kid was messing with him (8 years old) and he was in actuality cheering for him. Honestly, I really liked his game, but as Karim said 'potential has a shelf life.' I still think hes a very good player, hes just not going to win a championship with the price he's worth. I'd rather have Ben Wallace for less money than Dwight Howard for all that money and a guy who thinks hes the go to post up guy in important moments in the game.

Take your pick. They got Pau for a basketball and some trading cards.

Where's the option of Turnobili tbh? Dude single handedly lost us the game 6 last season. People always remember Ray Allen's 3 that tied the game but tend to forget that Manu was the real MVP of that series for the cHeat.

Hopefully in a more memorable was than last year. Maybe losing to TlongII or choking a game 7 ahead double digits and under a minute to go.
