Trying to expand my playlist. What songs do you have on your playlist that pump you up or motivate you?

Tough one...

I usually do stretches to Eric Clapton's "You Look Wonderful Tonight"
Then circuit training to Robert Johnson's, "Crossroads"
Then heavy lifting, I go with anything by Peanut the Kidnapper.

I used to go without music...but my gym has it stuck on the Pitbull station...and it's loud.

leaving my headphones at home is tragic, I just have to have my music. Not only cause it helps motivate me, but I'm also not a fan of the guy pumping himself up or counting out each rep out loud.

In regards to my playlists, I just hit "Genius" on the ipod for rap and let is decide a good amount of gym worthy songs. I also recently became aware that double clicking the button on the apple headphones changes the track, and triple clicking it takes you back a song. Late to this information, I know..

I work out (running, kettlebell) outside without music. I like the sounds of the breeze, birds, dogs barking, kids playing and even the lawn mowers and traffic. But when I belonged to a gym my own music was essential, what they play usually sucks, and the drum machine beats of 80's disco kept me in rhythm :)
