I hope we win! I hope we are up 2-0 and then in game 4 when it appears they are going to tie it up 2-2 we make a comeback and then make it 3-1 and then can finish this one off in 5.. That would be ideal. I predict that there.

Ibaka returns in Game 3 with the series tied 1-1. No idea what sort of condition he'll be in or if he'll have a positive impact for Meth.

I agree with Robz4000 -- Ibaka comes back "shades of Willis Reed" style and proceeds to shoot 11/11 on us again.

(Spurs win though.)

I've got OKC in 5; they figure out a way to get one of the first two here, they donkey kick the Spurs in OKC, and beat a flat Spurs team in Game 5.

Spurs in 5 IMO. Without Ibaka, the Thunder will not be able play the Spurs passing lanes as aggressive as they're used to. OKC will be unable to get enough stops to beat the Spurs late in games. I think the Spurs understand what a huge break they just got and won't look to give the Thunder any life in this series

Scott Brooks avoids getting fired yet again thanks to an injury to one of his key players.

(and prepares an argument as to why Reggie Jackson is a key player for next year)

will_spurs sig is bold enough for me.

What is this thread about?

Oh....yeah....OKC wins a game in San Antonio. Ibaka receives a healin' and miraculously returns from injury. Spurs win the series.

On a serious note, I think Timmy will have a great series. It's true that Perkins bothers him some, but I thought the biggest problem for Tim was that he couldn't go around him because Abaka was there to swat anything. That's not a concern now.

Wouldn't surprise me to see TD dominate.

Wow!! Good call... based on your great BB IQ...I'd immediately bench Mills so COJO can score his 20/10 tonight. As always, a great call by rodiaz!!!

I had similar thoughts this past week, about Kawhi finally being the player he was meant to be. So basically going with what you said.

Spurs in 5. Book it.

Manu will average less than 5 turnovers a game.

Are we pro-rating it to per 36? Cuz he might not play enough minutes to get to 5.

I think, we have to win Game 2, then have 2 full days of rest, fight our heart out and steal game 3, send the Big Three home and win it all in 5.
