I think the refs will do their thing in at least one game, which will allow Thunder to play out of their minds for a game or possibly two. Spurs are the better team though, I felt that way before Ibaka's injury. I think Spurs can take a game in OKC despite the massive homecooking.

Well, Spurs have plenty of time to game plan against any expected moves so I don't worry about that. Giving this Spurs team time to rest/recover with a two-zero lead is asking for trouble.

Refs cannot stop hot shooting. If the game is close the spurs will lose based on Durant getting to the line.

The Thunder will win games in this series. They won't roll over and die, and the Spurs will find themselves as the ones in need of adjustments. However, KD can't win them a series on his own. Westbrook and Durant will easily double their point totals from tonight and the Spurs will have to get more from Duncan, Mills, Marco, and Manu. The FT disparity also went heavily in favor of the Spurs tonight after that first quarter and that will be different in OKC.

What's important, though, is the loss of Ibaka (though his presence probably wasn't going to stop the bleeding tonight) has disrupted the Thunder's ability to shut down the interior passing of the Spurs. Parker and Duncan have shredded OKC, and though I expect that to subside a little on the road, it's evident after Games 1 and 2 that the Thunder - without their defensive anchor - have little to offer in the way of resistance.

Bingo. The Spurs have done a bang up job of just keep on running their offense, and without a paint defender, there's just little OKC can do about it.

The Spurs could have a poor shooting night like Game 4 against Portland, and drop a game, but overall, I don't see any easy answers for Brooks.
