I won't even watch the Ken Burns one since that's all he does in his shitty documentaries (his national parks documentary was horrible). "The Great War and the Shaping of the 20th Century" was a pretty awesome documentary on WWI though, despite being American made. Finally watched the first episode. Very disappointing. Instead of historians, most commentary was provided by politicians. It spent maybe 1 1/2 hours on WWI, and an hour of that was how the US saved everyone. Didn't really like how it focused on just the "important" people. Weak shit, tbh.
