It would be a highly fitting first win in their building, the biggest one they could possibly win, but I have a suspicion that we'll be seeing a Game 7. Tonight's performance inspires a lot of confidence, though.

I don't see it, tbh. A game 7 between the Spurs and Thunder in the WCF is too much of a bussiness to let it pass by.

After how Kerr basically declared it was going 7 I'd love to see him eat his words.

gotta be key to keep it close... don't let the game get away early... eventually, the pressure should mount...

The Spurs have won 3 games in this series by a total of 80 pts. No team has scored that many winning points spread in a playoff series
in NBA history.... We still have more to play ...it will increase....

Westbrook and Durant's free throws at home is what will win the game. They have absolutely no chance without the refs.

The Spurs need to be on fire from 3 to get a win in the Methzone... it's the only way to combat the refs.

It'll be tough, but possibly doable if they play like they did tonight. Getting Diaw more involved and getting Ibaka out of the paint is the biggest factor in the series and Pop finally implemented that strategy. It could continue into game 6.

Also, pump faking Ibaka since the ol' sport jumps at everything

Im gonna repeat what I posted yesterday in the game thread:
If the Spurs play at 80% of how they played yesterday the FIX will be incredible.
Im telling you, tape the game, because it will be a case of study...Im talking Lakers-Sacramento.

I was thinking the same and I hope they play good to see the horrible shit refs do to help the Blunder.

I will be taping the game because of a wedding. Text me and let me know if I should watch it.

Well, we know we won't see Joey Crawford or Tony Brothers again this series, so we're in good shape now.

No. OKC will be playing at home with the energy of the crowd behind them and the added motivation of a playoff exit to give them a sense of urgency and purpose. I expect them to come out and play hard, aggressive, determined, and focused ball.

It will be VERY hard for the Spurs to execute efficiently in that environment and keep it close enough to make a game of it.

This is coming back to SA.

Westbrick and durant are gonna combine for 73 free throws. The spurs will be awarded 6.

Due for shit. They gotta earn it. Buds I believe they can. No pulling the team out early.

Don't be surprised tomorrow morning when you see Malloy, Kennedy, and Brothers assigned in a must win for OKC

Stop thinking about the refs. Crawford was suppose to be good for the Spurs- loss, Brothers was suppose to be bad- win.

Don't you just love the gamblers fallacy? You'll only get the win if you go take it. There's no "due".

We definitely have enough to close out this series in 6.
The Spurs know how hard it will be but they're ready. Keep the intensity defensive and play smart. :flag:

If anything, the last game should've lifted the "mental block" of beating them with Abaka...

We need guys like Danny that typically play much better at home to step up and have a solid road game. We'll have the looks, we need to knock them down.

I think if we can keep this game close, the Thunder will eventually collapse. On the other hand, if it becomes a big difference, I can see Pop waiving the white flag early...
