2009 Lakers

1st round - Played the Jazz who's leading scorer in the series was Carlos B:lol:lolzer

2nd round - Played the Rockets, Yao got hurt in game 3. Houston's leading scorer in the series was Aaron Br:lol:lolks

3rd round - Played the Nuggets, led by Fatmelo

2014 Heat

1st round - Had the luxury of playing the Bobcats.

2nd round - Played the Nets, who's top 5 leading scorers were Joe Johnson, Paul Pierce, Shaun Livingston, Deron Williams, and Mirza Telet:lolvic

3rd round - Pacers. At the time of the series, Indy wasn't nearly as good as their 2013 counterparts, and probably not even as good as 2012.

Don't forget the bobcats best player got in injured in the first 10 minutes of the series, still weren't gonna win the series but they've could've won 1 home game

What are Spurs fans talking about here? 2007 Spurs had an abortion to the Finals

I was just comparing two recent cupcake runs to the finals. Feel free to add more to the discussion. The lakers toughest matchup was Denver and spurs played them round 1

To be fair, the 2007 Suns are better than any team the Lakers faced in 09 and any team the Heat have played so far. Yes, a Pringles-coached team is superior to any of those other teams. The Spurs lucked out with the Amare suspension but that evens out all the injuries specified by the Armenian OP tbh.

both teams are bitchmade, needing stacked rosters to prove their star is MJ caliber etc....It's a coin toss ultimately.

If the pacers didn't have a meltdown these last few months it wouldn't be a question. The bobcats are probably worse than the Brooks led rockets :lol

Magic's Lakers in 1987 had the easiest run in the history of modern day sports, tbh..

2014 Heat, that Houston team was the toughest team for the Lakers and easily tougher than any of the ol' sports the Heat played this season.

That 2009 Jazz would be the second best team in the Eastern Conference. That's how bad the East are this year.

2014 Heat, the East is complete shit and the Pacers were always a pretender that exposed even worse than anyone could have ever imagined :lol lol "all-star" Hibbert

I tend to agree

2009 Jazz vs 2014 Pacers. Give me Williams, Boozer, Okur (17 PPG), AK-47, Millsap & Korver

^ That front line might have defeated the 2014 Heat.
