Tired of that young, long & athletic banter, Spurs just debunked that myth.

They'd still struggle with it if they went up against some decent sets. Luckily for us, Stotts and Brooks really dropped the ball on this one.

:lol Showing a team baseball before an elimination game. This dude must've been confused once he walked out and saw the basketball court.

If a decent coach like Carlisle had the OKC job ... heck, if he had the POR job ... Spurs would be fishing right now.

They say the young and athletic players have no brains.. Well, Stotts and Brooks better be dropping 360's throughout the shoot-arounds.

Carlise wouldn't have made a difference with Portland, their depth was just horrible. They made OKC's bench look like the Spur's bench, :lol.

This, we beat these teams with amazing coaching and took advantage of the fact they really don't have much set plays.

Problem with the Heat is LeBron plays very good team ball. A much stronger defender, much stronger penetration than Durant and makes great passes. His overall impact on the game is much stronger than Durant's 30 points on say, 0.500 jumpers.

Heat defensive rotation especially on the perimeter is also far superior to anything Spurs faced in post season. Of course, Heat has yet to face an offense as good as the Spurs this post season. I still think LeBron is king if you go into the final minute with a tied game against him. Of course, I thought we would have lost for sure against Durant in OT but we survived thanks to Durant playing 51 minutes and ran out of gas at the end. LeBron's minutes are managed much better however.

Fair enough. Portland's bench was atrocious.

But OKC definitely has the talent to beat the Spurs. They're just led by an incompetent fool.

That's part of what's so awesome about the Spurs. The team uses smarts, hard work and discipline to win.
