So far the going rates on Stubhub...

Game 1 tickets start at $287.97.
Game 2 tickets start at $323.01.
Game 5 tickets start at $382.84.

Post here if any of you niggas see some significant price drops from day to day. Trying to go to one of these games, preferably Game 5 tbh.

You won't see them fall much cheaper than that. I paid $278 to go to Game 5 last year.

The Spurs will make good money there. Considering that the average ticket could cost $500 by 20.000 it's 10M per game. If the serie goes to 7, 40M.

I got some decent balcony seats for games 3 and 5 last year by waiting until closer to game day. I think I paid $100-$150 after fees. Unfortunately I'm in Mexico for the time being, so doubt I'll splurge to come up for a game. :depressed

Raptors ticket prices for playoff games were atrocious for round 1, but the key is if you can be on "standby" within an hour of tip off you will see some decent price drops. I was able to get 60% our playoff tickets about 45 minutes before tip off.

I'm not sure how it'll be for the Finals, but usually some sellers get desperate and just want to offload the tickets as making some money is better than no money.

Day of the game might be your best bet if prices don't fall before then.

Haha, no I know it's going at least 5, just saying spurs.com doesn't put them up for sale until there is a game for sure. If either team sweeps then game 5 will never be sold. It's best to wait imo to see what spurs.com has for sale, They will put up only game 1&2 tomorrow and I'm guessing a lot price than the scalpers or season ticket holders with their $500 nosebleed seats.

Yeah, ticketmaster says only those with a SA or South Texas zip code can buy. I'm thinking about blowing a lot of money and driving all the way down for game 2 (I live in Wisconsin), but idk if I can afford stubhub prices tbh. :depressed Then again, it would be my first Spurs game, and possibly one of the last with the Big 3, so bankrupting myself for the near future might be worth it.

Call the box office at 210-444-5870 or ticketmasters in SA at 210-225-8326. Probably the latter if coming from far away. Spurs sold my upper bowl season tickets (normally $33) last year for $285 for the finals. I'd assume tickets tomorrow will be ~$100 for the normally $10 seats and ~$300 for the next level, high $300's after that, and so on, and so on.

I was told last year only 300 tickets were available through the team for each finals game once released to the public. This is why tickets go on sale tomorrow. They use the desperation of people from yesterday and today to get them to buy season tickets for next year to guarantee tickets for the finals this year... because what do the Spurs care? They could put them on sale Thursday at noon and it'll still sell out in 30 seconds. Otherwise, the tickets would have gone on sale immediately just like they have for every other playoff game this year.

I don't know, this year feels different. the city went crazy after game 6 of the WCF.

it took me 3 days and 4 stores to find locker room shirt for the WCF, academys only had youths since sat night when there was a line around the fucking building. the staff there are rattled by the response, all the spurs gear is wiped out. huge lines sunday, all they had were xl black non offical WCF tees and youth sizes in the gray shirts. crazy response. went to the movies and the marquee read: godzilla, x-men, go spurs go!

tickets are going to be ridiculous. this is everyone thinking its their last chance to see the big three win a ring. it may be.

I thought that last year was going to be the last chance to see the Spurs playing the finals so I went to Miami and San Antonio for a game in each city. Now I'm back home for games 1 and 2. It's fucking great to be a Spurs fan!!!!!!

courtside/first row stubhub prices:

Game 1: $16,327.85
Game 2: $19,351.60
Game 3: $27,180.15
Game 7: $60,461.00

Chump change for Jimmy Goldstein.

I'm glad I bought my 10-pak season tix which got me playoff priority. If I tried to buy a ticket for game 1 and/or 2, I would easily pay the cost of the 10-pak above the face value of the ticket in the same location.

FYI - LOTS of tickets were just released this afternoon on Ticketmaster at multiple price levels. Yes, prices are extremely high. But this might still be a cheaper alternative than the usual secondary ticket resale sites.

This is a good deal for Finals tickets. You won't go much cheaper than this.

For some reason I thought to look at stubhub when we came out fire tonight in the 1Q and realized if we won the prices would skyrocket (which they have) so I was able to get a pair for 360 each. Nosebleeds or not I just wanna be in the arena. Feel like I scored.

Going back and forth with a couple sellers; doesn't look like I'll be paying under $500.00 a pop but just the idea of being in the building for a possible Finals series closing game is worth it. I've wanted to attend one since I was a kid back in 99.

I scored a free ticket for David's last game in 2003.

I won Pistons Game 7 tickets on Ebay for $75 each three hours before tipoff.

As much as I'd like to be in the house for a potential clinching Game 5, I think I've had my share of good fortune.

My son in Las Vegas is coming in and has sprung for the tickets to Game 5 for a Father's Day present. I used to take him to the games when I had season tickets so he is returning the favor. I can't imagine anything I'll ever enjoy more than watching the Spurs win another championship with my son.
