It's unfortunate this has to take away the shine from the Spurs win, but we can't 100% prove his cramps were related to the heat. No other player cramped, and Lebron is used to playing in the humid Heat arena, and in addition to that, all these guys played summer ball in 100 degree weather growing up.

Hell, the old Boston Garden used to get up to 110, and an HIV ridden Magic had no problem balling there.

Miami is hotter than SA. Spoelstra said "we're used to having a hot arena".

If anything the broken AC helped them more. LeBron is the only player who folded like a towel under the heat.
