Phoenix is an obvious candidate because 1) We need a star player that can score and rebound, 2) We need a starting-caliber PF, and 3) We have plenty of assets. I'm not sure who the Suns would rather trade out of Bledsoe and Dragic. Dragic is a better player now, he's cheaper, and he's loyal. But he's also quite a bit older than Bledsoe. If the Suns trade Bledsoe, they're looking to win now. If they trade Dragic, they're looking to win in the future.

I doubt the Wolves want either Dragic or Bledsoe and I doubt the Suns want to trade either.

If Im the Suns, Im trying to package a deal around Markieff Morris, Alex Len and bunch of draft picks (Lakers top five protected next year).

If the Wolves want more, the Suns would probably need a third team to take Dragic or Bledsoe. But that would be tough because most teams have a point guard that their happy with (sans ClipperNation whos upset that he has one of the best point guards to ever play the game).
