Today is Trinity Sunday...any one who is praying for a Spurs :lobt2: tonight should also be praying to the Most Holy Trinity (Father, Son and Holy Ghost, not TMT, a.k.a. Tim, Manu and Tony :nope) to end the Finals tonight.

See http://catholicism.org/ for more info.

Destiny? Perhaps...but never assume to know the Will of God. The power of prayer is unmistakeable and it may be our prayers to the Trinity that determines the destiny of the Spurs 5th title.

I seriously doubt God plays favorites when it comes to sports, there are bigger issues in the universe IMHO.

Pray all you want. There is no God to hear your prayers.

You don't know that for sure.
You are guessing.

The evidence, or rather the lacking of evidence, supports his point of view more than any person who does believe.

The burden of proof doesn't lie with him, it lies with the person making the claim, for example if I claimed that a silver teapot was orbiting Saturn, you wouldn't take my word for it unless I showed proof.... If you just took my word for it, then more the fool you are.

Both of you shut the fuck up. Don't turn this thread into another god debate.

Spurs are going to win because they put in hard work. Go Spurs Go

Lets hope so.
I worry about every game, even when we are up by 20.
This one is no different.

The person making the claim was the one who said there is no god. The burden of proof is on him.
