Not a pickup town though, Latvian culture is comparative reserved. You need to get to know people. Gorgeous city for beaches and architecture too.

After all those years, SPURS finally made it and I am extremely happy. I was a non-believer at first with so little additions to SPURS roaster in prior years and I am here to eat crow.
