I watch baseball games.. occasionaly, mostly i have them on everyday for background noise.
i only watch the superbowl.
but since i need background noise thru out the day I end up catching alot of info thats mostly useless cause my TV never gets a break.

Wrong. For example, most Chinese + Indians who make up 3 Billion? ppl. Know Maradona, not MJ. And that's just an example. Go to the remote parts of Asia, Africa, they'll know Maradona, not MJ.

I heard on the BBC World Report this morning that Maradona finally confessed to the "Hand Of God" incident. The report was interesting as they said his second goal was nothing short of spectacular.

I'm not sure they would know either one of those guys. (But I do recall reading that Michael Jordan went on a trip to Africa and said he was surprised when he was mobbed by kids in little villages in the middle of nowhere.)

Have you been to outer space to know the world is round?? Soccer is the most popular sport in the world. It's a fact. It's logical most of the world will know a soccer player then, not a basketball player.
