Oh so sweet. Would have been sweeter if it was against James, but I can handle it being Mr. HgH.

That was Splitter's payback for last year.

This was as somebody scripted it ... this thing was followed by three threes that sealed the deal ...

Nice to see him on the other side of a block.......

That wasn't fair, Splitter took advantage of the elderly.

I also liked how Wade had to scrape himself off the floor. He hit the ground pretty hard.

No, you are allowed to block a shot if its on the backboard. You just aren't allow to touch it after it leaves the backboard. You must be young. Hakeem, Mutombo, Mourning, Robinson, Shaq, etc. had many a blocks like this back in the day.

Just rare to see a block like this in today's NBA.

Not even close to a goaltend, tbh. He blocked Wade's shot INTO the backboard.

No goaltend. He blocked it before it even hit the backboard. Disappointing to hear the commentators last night (JVG, Mike Breen, and Mark Jackson) call it a goaltend. It wasn't.

I jumped out of my chair and screamed.

That was the 3rd best play of the game.

Manu's dunk number 1, Kawhi's ally-oop number 2

Redemption for Tiago. He was gracious with Boris being a starter and you can see in his post victory joy that he did not mind at all, it was all about TEAM!

Never expected that from Tiago. He was so damn good in these playoffs.

Agreed. It has been minimized because his role was severely reduced in favor of Diaw in the finals. But during the earlier rounds he was outstanding.

Looking at this in slow motion, it was clearly a goaltend. The refs don't have that benefit though.

It was an awesome goal tend. I rewatched it in slow motion several times. Splitter got it right after it hit the board and swatted it down. It happened so fast the refs didn't call it. Obviously fine with me and poetic justice for Tiago. Another redemption moment.

Who cares if it was a goal tend? It was sweet. One of the first times I actually saw tiago not staring down his man and being EARLY on help. His play before the ball is what he needs to do every time. If he can contend like that ALL GAME instead of once in 10, then I will be satisfied with his contract, but in the playoffs there were many more layups and dunks on him than there were blocks or dunks BY him.

Awesome play for sure. Hope he gets into the weight room this summer, his explosiveness is terrible.

He is good. Styles make fight.

Put Splitter in games against Mavericks, Memphis, etc, then he will shine.

Splitter wasn't cut out for the small line up of Heats. Although I don't know why he didn't play even better in the OKC series.
