- Danny: work on handles, better finishing on drives. That'll buy him more minutes
- Kawhi: work on shot hesitation, Pop should start running plays for him next season, work on that. Work on stamina/cardio, he's gonna have a larger role, we might need more mins from him.
- Patty: work on improving the D some more. He's a good "pest" kind of guy, and solid flopper, but he needs to work on reading the offense and fighting through screens better
- Splitter: work on finishing around the basket. Basically, he's too tentative at times. Go stronger, less layups.
- Beli: defensive workouts all summer. He doesn't need to be a lockdown guy, but at the very least average. Patty did it, he can do it too.
- Daye: less twitter, more time on the gym. Still very raw but has the tools to be a good backup.
- Baynes: Better court awareness and more work on the system. Can't look lost in the NBA.
- Ayres: You have a ring now. Stop clapping after every fuckup and embrace the minute burner role. Listen to the GOAT PF and work on your game.
- Tim, Manu, Tony, Boris: rest

Splitter needs to work on his PnP game. He's a center, so he doesn't really need a mid-range shot, but most of the best fives have them. Tiago will need to be a more-diverse offensive player once Tim is gone, and he'll need to get away from the paint if he wants to start along Duncan and Leonard.
Kawhi's gonna have to adjust to seeing more defensive attention. He'll definitely see more focus from the other teams, and it's not going to be easy to score at first. He had to fight through it and adjust, like Green had to before the RRT. The dude's game is crazy-complete now, but it's still raw. He'll need to fine out what works best for him and develop that.
Green needs to study the offense more. He clearly knows what's going on in general (he usually calls out the plays for Parker) but he doesn't seem to have an innate feel for the game with the ball in his hands. Even though Kawhi is going to get most of the secondary responsibilities making plays, Danny will get his fair share. Obviously dribbling would be nice. But it's equally important for him to understand what he's going to do with the ball before picks up his dribble -- and that doesn't mean having a single read that if covered means instant turnover. Also, he needs to get better at taking midrange shots. That way, he doesn't have to worry about passing in most of the time off the PnR.
Mills needs to improve his play-making. He's actually come a decent way with that over the last two years, but it's not good enough if he has aspirations about starting some day.
Daye needs to hope he's still a Spur in two weeks. Provided that he is, he should get on the summer-league team and show he can play either the three or the four respectably. If he can bulk up, he should, since he's too slow to worry about it affecting his lateral quickness anyway. He, like, Kawhi can do a lot of things on offense but needs to figure out what's going to work long term.
Baynes, provided he's re-upped, he needs to gain some polish. He has a pretty fine all-around game on both ends, but he can't seem to put it together frequently enough.
Ayres should figure out what went wrong with his jump shot. That's literally the most important thing he needs to do to get minutes on the Spurs. He's an athletic, high-energy player who's a great teammate, but he's the fourth-string center right now and won't be active unless he can play the four the way the Spurs need the position played.
Beli's pretty much who he is. He fit in perfectly system-wise, so he doesn't have much upside there. So long as he can be regular-season Beli for all 86-110 games next season, he's doing his job.
For everyone else, they just need to stay healthy and find a way to come back hungry in October. It would be a shame for them to waste the most talented roster in team history just because they're fat and happy.

To add to the previous points, I just hope Boris stays motivated and isn't content with just 1 championship, tbh..he's such a massive difference-maker, he needs to stay hungry on the court, and less hungry off the court..

Apart from the above:
Kawhi: Run a lot of passing/dribbling PG drills to perfect his handle and passing skills. Play off the P&R and improve read & react skills.
TP: Try extending his shooting now to the three point lane as well. He has perfected the mid ranger and he is hitting the 3s when it matter. Time for him to extend the "old man PG" game a la Kidd.
Green: Perfect his floaters and learn some pump fakes.
Mills: Become a better playmaker.
Joseph: Continue his allround journey as he has done all year.

Bonner: Work on going away
Kawhi : Go back to college and take some English classes followed by a speech course.
Manu: Get that hole on his head filled in.
Daye: Eat man eat!

Wouldn't be a bad idea to get a shooting guard who can create his own shot. Start lining someone up to replace Manu.

Exactly. This move is already underway. TP is shooting more 3s, and having decent success with corner 3s.
