If players remain the same for the most part, what will player / team ratings be in next seasons 2k game?

My guess is the thunder heat bulls will still be above the spurs.

A lot of the Spurs get dinged in game ratings for not being prototypical for their positions / freak athletes. Defensive ratings don't seem to correlate at all either - I remember Harden was an A- perimeter defender in 2K13, hopefully they fix glitches like that. Kawhi always rated pretty well within the game and I'd imagine he makes the biggest leap.

Parker was #T-3 PG with Curry but well behind Paul and Westbrook; Paul's rating should get toned down a bit. Probably will be around that or a little worse (~90). I imagine guys like Patty Mills will have better ratings than ones like Shane Larkin (unlike last year). Will look at other positions another time.

Those guys really need to look at relative ratings of guys and see if they make any sense. How on earth would Rodney Stuckey be ahead of Joe Johnson and Danny Green (who is also below Swaggy P and Metta World Peace). Splitter the same as Blatche. And best of all... Diaw worse than Michael Beasley, Nick Collison, Bargnani, etc.

Shane Larkin makes me want to just go to Dallas and try out for the NBA. No way in Hell the best players in high school this year AAU are worse than Shane Larkin.

from my experience they are either really stingy or pretty generous in terms of ratings.

I'd peg...

Parker -88
Duncan-85
Ginobili-79
Leonard-82
Green-75
Splitter-72
Diaw-70
Mills-70
Belinelli-72

The Spurs offense is already rated as 1st in 2K14..... Not much to change tbh.
