Per BSPN:
"According to court records obtained by ESPN.com, the purchase agreement between Ballmer and Shelly Sterling holds that either
Donald Sterling must consent to the sale
or
a court must validate her authority to act as the sole trustee."

Donny firing back to Dr. Meril Sue Platzer callng her among other things a liar.
Dr. James Edward Spar, also on June 9, Sterling says, "I'll show you what I think of you when I see you in court." He threatens, in a profanity-laced tirade, to get Spar fired from his job at UCLA.

"I'm gonna get you fired from UCLA because you're nothing but a tramp. How dare you let someone use you that way?" Sterling said. "You know, you rely on doctors. You think that they'll be above it all. But obviously you're not. You'll sell yourself for nothing. How dare you? How dare you give my records to a lawyer for the purposes of using it against me?"

All caught on voicemail. :lol
Wow. I don't think Donald can make a phone call without being recorded.

To those who would say "It doesn't matter.", it's gonna matter. These two docs cred is going to put on trial and the Clippers sale may not go thru if Donny and his doctors are able to convince a judge otherwise.

Let him pick the next set of doctors. After that if it's tied let the judge arrange the third and final battery of doctors.

Oh yeah that's where the court is heading.
Clock is ticking tho as Stern Jr. and the anti Donald Sterling crew want the sale done by Sept 15th.
Otherwise it could be Donny as still being the owner. :lol

My biggest dissapointment with Donny besides his wrongly bashing colored folks is his seeming hot air about how much he gave to charity.
Most notably the LA Downtown homeless shelter he promised to build and then welched.

He never bashed colored folks. He simply stated how it is in Israel and in the Jewish community. Why do people so readily suck the media cock?

Big surprise,:rolleyes Donnys Dr finds him competent.

(CNN) -- A new doctor has declared Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling mentally fit after a comprehensive medical examination in Las Vegas over the weekend, CNN confirmed through a source with knowledge of the situation.
The exam was conducted by Dr. Jeffrey Cummings, a neurologist with the Cleveland Clinic and one of the top dementia and Alzheimer's disease specialists in the country, according to the source.
Cummings determined Sterling has no signs of dementia and no lack of mental capacity, but he did show signs of MCI, mild cognitive impairment, which is common in people Sterling's age, the source said. <end excerpt

It might not matter tho.
The judge said he is not deciding on Donald Sterling's mental capacity. Rather, the judge is going to rule only on issues of the trust and whether its procedures were followed correctly.

Donny claims the Clipps could be sold for 4 billion.
