So for like the last two or three weeks, I've been getting random sharp pains in the back of my head. The pain lasts for a short period and is sometimes on the left or right. Am I dying? I'm only 19, I haven't lived enough.

At the base of the skull near neck?

Sounds allergy related, imo.

Could be having a simple migraine.. if it keeps going on get it checked out. Better safe than sorry.

It's higher, but you might be on to something with the allergies. It didn't start until I started working this job cutting grass. Never had allergies before, but otoh I had never cut grass before either lol thanks man

Trust your instincts. You should get checked out if it's been weeks without an improvement. Early detection is key. A friend of mine is dying of brain cancer now, turns out that when it was detected it was in her brain for several years. One day she was in the shower, became dizzy, and passed out. At the hospital they ran a CT scan, and located a huge tumor in her brain.

Had it have been detected sooner, the chance for her improvement would have been much greater.

Sounds like blood clots. Get an MRI done to make sure its not something serious like multiple sinus thrombosis.

I would say, go now!

3 weeks is an awful long time to keep experiencing this issue.

Most likely Stress related. Lot of of muscles in the back that get strained. Try to relax. Only getting paranoid doesn't help the situation.

I'm going to go on a limb here and say it's not stress related. What does a 19 year old person have to be stressed about?
