Doesnt show full games .just highlites of all playoff series and some regular season.kind of like the beautiful game clip.plus extras and special features .

I think on one of them it had all of the 4th quarters of the close out games of the playoffs. Think it was the 05 one.

My guess is they might have the first quarter of Game 3 and the fourth of Game 1 as bonus footage. Maybe the fourth+OT of Game 6 in OKC. Last year's Miami DVD had the fourth+OT of Game 6 and the fourth of Game 7.

My box set had 16 Dvd's with every winning game of the Finals. I also have several individual DVD's that feature highlights of the year and playoffs. I'm thinking this one will be like more like that. Watch the box set of the complete games more often.

Holy crap. I found it on Amazon for $200. I never realized it had 16 discs. I never bought it cause I had 03 05 07 Dvd's. I thought it was just that plus the 99 one.

Most likely it is now out of print hence the price hike and also why Amazon no longer sells it directly but instead through third party sellers...

It has come way down. I remember looking for the set 2-3 years ago on Amazon and the sellers were asking $1,000 on amazon. Though amazon can be really weird when things are out of print. I once saw my old freshman physics textbook selling for $5000 because it had been long out of print and he was one of two people selling it (the other copy was only $700 :lol).

I did that in 2012 and then got so pissed at the backdoor sweep I dumped all the games from my hard drive. Fuck, wish I would have kept them now. Had every game in the 20 win streak in 720p@60fps or 1080i@30fps. :pctoss

Does the 99 DVD have any special features? At the time they only released it in video, so I have that. I also have the 99 on DVD as part of the 25 Years of Champions DVD box set the NBA released in 05.

No special features, just the play button on the main menu. But it's good quality video.

When Stoudamire was shooting free throws right before Sean's shot everyone in the Dome was beating on those hollow plastic seats. I mean it was fucking incredibly loud. I never even heard Hemisfair Arena that crazy, and Hemisfair was the 80s equivalent to Chesapeake in OKC.

I have that set, plus the separate '03, '05, '07 DVDs.

I just looked, and I bought the 16-disc set from an Amazon seller in November 2010 for $24.39 + $2.98 shipping. I had watched the price for a while before that, and with it being out of print the price fluctuated a lot. I got lucky and snagged it at a low point.

I did the same thing with the 2012 playoff games. I had them all downloaded and saved, but I dumped them after the loss. I almost did the same thing with last year's games, but it was such a compelling Finals that I decided to save them and see what happened this year. So now I need to figure out how to organize every playoff game and a few key regular season games from 2013 and 2014 (in 720p@60fps). I'd like to burn my own blu-ray set.

I went ahead and ordered it on Amazon. It's now $19.99 with a July 29 release date. I also order the 1999 highlights DVD for $12 because I didn't have that one. I originally had it on VHS, but that isn't much good any more.

You can buy the boxed set that has the full games of every Spurs win in the championship years from 1999 till 2007. I have it and it's an amazing keepsake.
